So as you guys known every year the most month that muslims love is Shawwal. What is meaning of Shawwal ? and why muslims love Shawwal ?
Shawwal (Arabic: شَوَّال, Šawwāl) is the tenth month of the lunar based Islamic calendar. Shawwāl stems from the verb shāla (شَالَ) to 'lift or carry', generally to take or move things from one place to another, so named because a female camel normally would be carrying a fetus at this time of year. Shawwal is celebrated after one month fasting during ramadhan session.
What Muslims do a few days before celebrating the Shawwal ? Mostly they will making 'kuih raya' , buy some stuff to decorate their house and buy some ' baju kurung' or 'baju melayu' for them wearing nicely on the first Shawwal.

And mostly one day or two days before Shawwal all families will gather or 'balik kampung'. A lot of stories and memories will begin such as play firecracker, burn lemang and all 'mak cik bawang' will non stop chatting while peel onion. Hahahaha 😂😂
Usually the menus on the first Shawwal are 'lemang', 'ayam rendang', 'ketupat' and others ( what is Eid al-Fitr without ketupat and lemang 😋😋 ). We will non stop eating the same menus on the first Shawwal because it's once a year and untill you realize you've gain weight on the next day huhuhu.

Besides that, on the first Shawwal we will we will ask for forgiveness to each others. In this session, some of them will cried on their sins and mistakes. Lastly, the young also will get 'duit raya' from their parents, aunty, uncles and others.
